Fee: My fee is determined on a case by case basis. My service is dependent upon the complexity of the ceremony, the venue, the amount of people, travel time and arranging to be present at a rehearsal.

On Your Wedding Day
: I will organize the members of the wedding party for the processional and recessional, direct special guests, including the readers, to their assigned seats, and offer assistance to the musicians and the photographer, if needed.

Deposit and Payment
: A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total fee is required to hold your date, with the balance due and payable 7 days prior to the ceremony. Deposits can be made with cash, certified check, money order or personal check (personal check if more than 30 days before the ceremony). Date will not be held until your deposit is received.

Pre-nuptial conference
: If there is a pre-nuptial conference, the fee is $75. Should you decide to use my services after the pre-nuptial conference, the $75 fee is waived. The pre-nuptial conference can be carried out by email. There is no additional charge for assisting you with writing of your ceremony and vows.

Short Notice or Same Day Ceremonies
: Paid in full before I perform the ceremony. (Cash, certified check or money order ONLY please)

Rehearsal fee: I will perform a dry run of the ceremony including the processional, recessional and readings. My fee for a ceremony rehearsal is $125.00.

Extra costs:
I do not charge travel fees. However, parking fees, if applicable at your ceremony site, are extra. In addition, there is no limit on the number of phone calls or emails. Ceremonies should start as close to the scheduled time as possible. Unfortunately, I must charge a fee of $40 (Cash only) for any ceremony that starts ½ hour late and will be expected to
be compensated before I perform the ceremony.  If it is any later than ½ hour, then the fee will be charged at $75 (Cash only). I will not wait any longer than 60 minutes for a ceremony to begin.

Change of Date
: I will attempt to accommodate a change in date that you may require. Reminder - your license is only valid for 90 days (NH) - after that period you MUST obtain a new license.

Identification
: Once you have obtained your license and prior to the day of the ceremony, we will need to meet to go over the information on it. At that time I will ask each party for a picture ID. In addition to verifying your ID, the location of the ceremony must also be verified. I do not make copies of your ID nor will I take possession of the license at that time. If any information is incorrect you MUST obtain a new license.

License
: You must give the original license document to your wedding officiant in order to be legally joined. I will take possession of it on the day of the ceremony prior to the ceremony beginning.

Privacy
: Your privacy is important to me. I will not discuss your plans with anyone but you nor will I disclose your personal information (Name, Address, Phone, E-mail, etc.) to anyone unless required to do so by law or if you provide written permission outlining what information can be disclosed and with whom.

JP/Notary Services: A fee of $10.00 for each oath, witness service or certification. For depositions, a fee of $50.00 and 50 cents per mile charge to swear in witnesses.
